  • Payment: We accept payments via our website, PhonePe, UPI QR code. Your order will be processed once payment is received. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

 

6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping: We ship products only within India. Shipping charges and delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. For more details, please refer to our Shipping and Handling policy.

  • Risk of Loss: All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

 

7. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

  • No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

  • Cancellations: Cancellations must be made within 4 hours of placing the order. Once an order is initiated for shipping, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Refunds: Refunds are only available if the product is defective or damaged upon receipt. To be eligible, we recommend making an unboxing video. In case of any Refunds approved by the No Name Perfume, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer to the original payment method.
