1. Shipping Policy

At No Name Perfume, we strive to deliver your orders in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Below are the details of our shipping and handling process:

 

Shipping Locations:

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is not available at this time.

 

Shipping Partners:

  • We partner with Shiprocket, Bluedart, DTDC the India’s leading courier services, to ensure safe and timely delivery of your orders.

 

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 working days.

  • Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Time:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 3-7 working days from the date of dispatch.

  • Expedited Shipping: If you require faster delivery, please contact our customer care team to arrange for expedited shipping (additional charges may apply).

 

Shipping Charges:

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹999. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹79 will be applied at checkout.

  • Expedited Shipping: The cost of expedited shipping will be calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Please contact us for more details.

2. Handling Charges

  • We do not charge any handling fees for processing your order. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

 

3. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time.

  • You can also track your order directly on your courrier service website using the provided tracking number.

 

4. Delivery Time

  • While we aim to deliver your orders within the specified time frame i.e. 3-7 days, delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, and other unforeseen circumstances. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak seasons and public holidays.

 

5. Order Issues

  • If you experience any issues with your order, such as delays, incorrect items, or damaged products, please contact our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving your order.

  • We will work diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

 

6. Packaging

  • We take great care in packaging your orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Each perfume is carefully packed to prevent any damage during transit.
