• Because our creations are hand-prepared and due to the unique nature of our products while also keeping hygiene considerations in mind, cosmetic products, once delivered, are non-returnable as they cannot be reused. We kindly ask that you make your selection with care.

 

2. Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it.

• Once your order has been processed for shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.

• We take extensive care in quality-controlling all our shipping and packaging processes. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect product, or an incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package.
