Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
1. No Returns or Exchanges:

Because our creations are hand-prepared and due to the unique nature of our products while also keeping hygiene considerations in mind, cosmetic products, once delivered, are non-returnable as they cannot be reused. We kindly ask that you make your selection with care.
2. Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it.

Once your order has been processed for shipping, cancellations are no longer possible.
3. Refund Policy:

We take extensive care in quality-controlling all our shipping and packaging processes. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect product, or an incomplete order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Simply send us pictures/videos and the unboxing video via WhatsApp at +91 9179934399, and we’ll handle the rest.
Note: To ensure eligibility for an exchange or any approved refund, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video when you receive your package. Please note that we will only process exchanges or refunds if we have received your unboxing video as proof.
